10-year old Peter performs at the Janatha Arts club, near his birthplace in Chullikal, Kochi.

1970

1st prize in Light Music at the Kalolsavam Art Festival, Ernakulam.

1972

Started as an All India Radio (Akashavani) artist.

1974

Started as a singer in the troupes Cochin Kalabhavan, Muvattupuzha Angel Voice, Alleppey Blue Diamonds, Voice of Trichur 

1976

Recorded Christian devotional song Ithihasangale ithile varoo.

1980

At the time, there was no recording studio in the state of Kerala, sound engineer Ramu recorded their first audio cassette Ayyappa gaanangal at the befittingly-named Sangeetha Hotel, Ernakulam.

1981

In one of his most defining periods, he formed his own Ganamela troupe COCHIN CHORUS, where he got a name that resonated and stuck with his fans ever after. Cochin Chorus recorded the first ever live Ganamela audio cassette in Kochi.

1982

Sponsored by Bharath Aid Association, Cochin Chorus’ first USA-Canada tour also became the first Ganamela troupe from Kerala to perform in North America. They toured USA again in 1984, 1999, 2001.

Recorded a Christian devotional L.P. in Chicago

Pioneered the Kerala music industry with the first ever Malayalam disco audio cassette in Kerala Chorus Disco '82.

1987

Cochin Chorus’s first tour to U.A.E, Qatar and Bahrain. Accompanied by Harisree Ashokan, Late Kottayam Joseph

2015

Visited Qatar for a musical tour.
